2. Scarlett was hanging around with those men off her own accord.

So does that mean it is ok for those men or whoever it was to

1. Rape a 15-year old?

2. Murder her?

I'm surprised that the Tourism minister is accusing the Police of deliberately manipulating the case and no one is surprised. The cops responsible for this should be arrested and the police top brass should be dismissed. I have read quite a few reports in the recent past about how Goa is deteriorating into a hell-hole with all the Russian mafia, paedophiles, drug peddlers who are becoming a permanent feature of this beautiful place. It would be a real tragedy if we lose Goa as well.

That's the beauty of the game. You may have all the money you ever wanted, you may have all the skills you ever wanted but what it takes to win in football is heart and as long as you have it (with some generous amount of luck) and have it more than your opponents, such line-ups will always be possible - Barnsley, Portsmouth, West Brom and Cardiff. No one would have bet on this line-up before the start of the season but that's what it is.
